Building Operator (Vacant and accepting applications until March 23, 2026 @ Noon)
Reporting to the President and CEO, the full time Building Operator will be filling a vacancy. This is a hands on role where you will actively maintain and lead the daily building and grounds operations. We do require 3 to 5 years of building operator experience, safety and compliance experience as well as a range of technical skills. Expectations will fall within the limits of a person working without trade certifications. Annual salary range $65,000 to $80,000. Group benefits, vacation and paid sick days are also offered.
